We love it! We live in a tiny apartment in a city we’re pretty much completely allergic to (sagebrush really knows how to rile you up) and have terrible allergies year-round. We’ve had our Mila for a week and it’s made a huuuuge difference in ours and the dog's leaky eyes and overall ability not to suffocate on the air. The dog still isn’t sure about it, but we love our Mila!

I feel really guilty after cooking causing Mila to ramp up the filtration. I feel like I’m suffocating her 😁... but I’m sure she's happy doing her job! 👍 We have definitely humanized Mila.

I can’t believe what a difference Mila has made in my bedroom! I sleep so much better and my sinus headaches have practically disappeared. Even my kitty’s allergies are better. Mila is a wonderful value, providing air purification with 7 filter options and smart features/modes: Sleep Mode, Turndown Service, Bubble Boy Mode, Quiet Mode are my favorites. The current smart features are a solid debut but would benefit from additional features/automation/integrations. I look forward to Mila’s future improvements!

We love our Mila! It's a perfect combination of style, smarts, science, filtering efficiency, and thoughtful touches. Mila looks beautiful - it blends in perfectly with our Midcentury modern style. It's probably one of the best-looking filters on the market today. Mila also works really well - one thing that got me interested was that the CADR rating is really high - over 400 for some filters, which to my knowledge is top-of-the-line. I could not find another air purifier with similar efficiency, and smartphone support in the same package. We love that Mila can protect us from Coronavirus, and other viruses. We plan to take Mila with us when we travel, to make staying in hotel rooms safer! On top of all of this, the app is easy to use and has many thoughtful, and humorous touches. They also make it easy to understand all the different air quality metrics, that I never really understood before.

A home essential designed for everyone, a mindful product that creates awareness of healthy air quality with a simple and intuitive app interface that is totally customizable to your needs! I couldn’t imagine not having one now. I’m looking forward to breathing better, I’ve always had an issue with breathing at night, and hopefully, this resolves it!

I am loving my 2 Milas. The air pollution in my house is so low my wife is able to see her mistakes now. (She laughed at that btw) 😁. Seriously though the app allowed me to see that one of my rooms had a high humidity level which I never realized, once I adjust the temp in the area and had the Mila running the room came down to normal levels and it felt so much better and safer to be in. The app is amazing, user-friendly and clean, and crisp like the air it filters. I love the options like quiet, housekeeping, and sleep schedule. Before receiving my Mila I was taking allergy 🤧 medicine almost 4 times a week and since these babies have been running I have had no issues with allergies 🤯. The design is awesome and goes with my decor very well. It would be cool to see some other color options or a natural wood look of some sort. It would be cool to just be able to replace the outer panels with optional ones offered in the app or website. 😉

Excellent air filter.

I’m grateful to have Mila operating to protect my air quality. I don’t have to worry about whether my air purifier is working anymore; Mila revs up when needed, quiets down when it’s unnecessary, and reports the reasons back to me via her screen and the app. This model takes a bite out of my small bedroom’s floor space, but the quiet operation and clarity about my air quality makes the trade-off worthwhile, versus having a smaller purifier running on a noisy high setting much of the time. I would like for everyone with air quality needs to have access to a purifier like this one.

I was initially disappointed when I plugged in my Mila to find out that my indoor air quality was already at a 0, indicating no particulates in the air. I feared I had wasted my money, but that evening as I was cooking dinner I heard Mila's fan kick up and I went for and saw my IAQ was over 500! It was nice to know that I had fresh air circulating when I needed it. I had hoped it would help reduce latent cooking odors but it hasn't made a significant difference in that department. I also have cats and while I clean their litter boxes multiple times a day I had hoped it would help with the odors and I have not noticed a significant difference. Good with particulates. Not great with odors.

What a fun unit. Makes the purification of air something fun and entertaining. Easy to use, does the job excellently and it's cool to use. What else can you ask for?

Being able to talk about Mila like a member of the family has been hilarious around company. "Who's Mila?"

Mila is a very nice, quiet, well-behaved guest in my home. She works most of the day keeping the air she and I breathe clean and free of bad tiny things... "no-see-ums". She is most welcome for as long as she desires and does not act up.

Huge upgrade from my old air filter. I now can tell when CO2 is too high and I need to open a window. Plus the Turndown and Whitenoise settings are fantastic.

Mila is by far my cleanest and most respectful roommate. She lets me know when I’m making a mess and cleans it up for me without being passive-aggressive. I might even start smoking weed outside because I can tell she doesn’t like it but she always works overtime when I’m too lazy to do so. Thanks, baby, you rock. Don’t ever change.

Everything I would put in a review I have already mentioned above, with the exception of my final verdict: definitely go buy one, or three!

Things that are amazing about Mila:

• The air quality data and sensors it makes available to you. Ultimate transparency!

• The look of the device itself. Blends in well with the rest of the rooms furniture and does not stand out.

• The bubbly and personable / hipster-y use of language.

• The app is very smooth, no bugs encountered and is performant (v1.4.0).

• Setup was straightforward and simple.

Things that could be improved or would be awesome to have:

• Make the app more intuitive and clearer to use. A couple of tabs could be gotten rid of altogether (Mila chat-like window, Home tab could be merged in with the Rooms tab).

• The presentation of graphs and trends are missing date indicators, which makes historical data kind of useless at the moment due to it being near-impossible to identify what day a piece of data corresponds to.

• Mila, and the app, does not support moving rooms

• No multiple user support. There is only one account per home, that is it.

• There is nowhere in the app to purchase or subscribe to more filters.

• Allow users to export their sensor (and other) data.

• Make the Mila more hackable by allowing read/write control outside of the app. The sore points are so specific because there are very few flaws. So again, go buy one, or three!

Great product. I’m surprised everyone doesn’t have a Mila in their home. The air quality in our home has changed dramatically.

Mila is a revelation in air purification. It knows long before we do that our air needs attention, and it springs into action right away. I don’t like having to think about how good or bad my air is, and with Mila, I don’t have to. I can just check the app if I get curious, and know it’s taken care of.

My boyfriend and I have awful allergies, from skin to airborne, we often joke that between the two of us we are allergic to the entire world. But these filters are amazing, I even feel better outside of my home. We are sleeping better, feeling better, and making more conscientious decisions about cooking spaces and opening windows. Oh, and did I mention how often we used to have to dust? And we haven’t had to since we got our Mila’s going a couple of weeks ago. We honestly couldn’t be any more impressed!

I wish my air was worse so Mila would run more often but I’m glad to know I have protection when my air quality does take a turn.

You don't think about some things that affect your air until you do. My girlfriend was in the bedroom straightening her hair when she texted me that Mila was going bonkers. Turns out... straightening your hair makes air quality not so great! You hardly realize Mila's there most of the time. And, being a tech nerd, I open the app way too much for my own good to snoop in on how the bedroom temperature/humidity/other stuff are doing while I'm working in the office with the other Mila.

After years of searching for a better air purifier that actually works and is not unsightly, I'm so thrilled to have my cute little Milas! After only one day of using Mila, I could sleep through the night without sneezing or coughing. My allergies got worse when we got our corgi puppy a few months back, and I was worried we'd have to make him sleep in another room. Then came Mila to the rescue! I also love that the app educates you on what's in your air and how to avoid contaminating it. I'm allergic to dust mites and mold, so this information is critical to my health. Not only do they do an incredible job cleaning the air, but every time I walk past my Mila it puts a smile on my face with the hilarious messages! Will definitely be purchasing more units to fill out our house in the future.

The Mila Air has the best feature set, cost-effective, and importantly, does what it says it will do. It's quiet, efficient, practical, and offers peace-of-mind that has real-time tracking as well as scheduled settings that makes it a snap to use. The cheeky updates on AQI are a fun way to know what's going on. Recommendation: add wheels and a small motor to make it a mobile air cleaning device, similar to the Roomba! It could roam the halls, in search of poor air quality, vanquishing all those evil particles that remain suspended in our living spaces. In that case, I suggest partnering with Disney so you can dress it up like R2D2. Thanks for building the future of a cleaner indoor environment.

If there's any doubt that it's possible for an appliance to have charisma, then Mila is proof that it can. Between the hardware and the app, it feels like a friendly and informative air cleaning buddy that fits in with the decor. I also appreciate that I can trust it to do its thing but at any point, I can take the wheel and do some manual tweaking. I had to do this the other day when I realized that our scented candle wasn't defective, it was simply being neutralized by Mila, who apparently doesn't appreciate the scent of woodfire luxury soy candles as much as my wife does. 🤷‍♂️

Is habitually checking your air quality in your house a sign of old age? If so, since getting my Mila, I probably would qualify for a senior discount at most major retailers. I’m continually amazed by its ability to sense when I’m cooking or burning candles or painting in my house. I barely even realize it has started revving up to clear the air it’s so quiet. I have asthma and allergies and just adopted a dog and I’m weirdly excited to see what Mila thinks about pollen in the springtime!

The unit itself has a stylish design. We enjoy the white noise setting. It has taken about a week to see a difference in how we wake up, sinus-wise, with a clearer head. It’s nice to be able to see all the levels (temp, humidity, particles, etc.) quickly within the app.

I am so happy with Mila and the help I’ve gotten with my allergies! I didn’t realize my vents were spewing such garbage into my air before Mila came into my life. It doesn’t hurt that she matches my decor 🥰

This is the most boring appliance purchase I've ever made... and that's exactly what I was hoping for! Mila just does its job so I don't have to worry about it!

We've only just welcomed Mila into our home, but she is already a gorgeous addition to our bedroom oasis. She is so sleek and lovely and makes beautiful purring sounds as she swoops nastiness from the air ensuring we sleep soundly. We're in love! Zzzzz!

My kids love Mila too, they just sit next to her and giggle as they inhale the clean air coming out. Fun for hours, clean air + entertaining kids = win/win!

Mila doesn't like my cooking too much - I'm not admitting I burn things; however, Mila does a great job of cleaning up the smoke and smells when there is a cooking accident. I live in an apartment with few doors so cooking smells travel throughout, Mila does a great job of cleaning up the air quickly.

I love them so far. Knowing exactly what is in the air and how it’s being cleaned is a huge peace of mind. They were super easy to set up, they look great, and I’m just happy to know my family and I are breathing clean air.

It has been great! I love how easy it is to set-up it looks great as well. I got the Critter Cuddler filter as I have 3 dogs. One of my dogs did decide to mark Mila as his though! Lucky the panel came off easy and was a breeze to clean!

She is sassy and awesome! Plus in the recent fires, she managed to keep my house smoke-free!

My friend recommended this brand after backing the start-up a few years back and I'm in love! I have terrible seasonal, dust, and pet allergies and bought three for my new house and have loved tracking the quality and the help controlling my allergy symptoms. After a week of staying at my house, my dad is also in love with them and will be purchasing a few for his new retirement home too.

I was a bit concerned to buy your product at first since there is not a lot of independent reviews and it is not ranked on any specialized website. I took a risk since it seemed to be a very nice product. Not only it is nice, but it is also amazing! I am so surprised by its features and the convenience of the app. Very well done, guys!

Overall we like it very much.

You can tell a lot about a product by the customer service at the company. There was a small defect on one of my Milas, and the responsiveness from the company (on the week of a holiday too) has let me know that I'll never have to worry about a product that comes from Mila. For the actual Milas, they have met and exceeded my expectations. The technology in them keeps surprising me with features I'm not expecting, and I'm really starting to notice a difference in the air.

Our dog is named Mila so every time I talk about the filter, the family thinks I’m talking about the dog!

The Mila filtration unit works wonderfully. I would recommend improving on customer communications: let customers know if there will be a delay in manufacturing or shipping the units, also be more clear about filter replacements & how to order extra filters.

Bought a Mila to filter my air, in fact, bought two just to be fair. Plugged them in, turned them on. Enjoying clean air from dusk to dawn. Would recommend Mila filtering your air. They are technically up-to-date and truly care!

Probably the best air purifier I’ve used so far. The unit itself looks super clean, stylish, and well-made. Plastics don’t feel flimsy at all and the controllability/automation is amazing. We have it right beside us in the living room next to the couch and I’m a huge stickler about noises when watching movies - it’s pretty much completely unnoticeable. The filter itself also feels very well made and impressive. The mobile app connected flawlessly and had the Mila ready to go in just a minute or two. The information in the app is also actually USEFUL (unlike most smart device apps these days). Oh, and having her spy on Santa was pretty fun 😊

I like her humor & how she interacts with us to keep our air clean. Has been the best investment for our home.

Mila has been an adorable, hard-working addition to our home. Easy to use and easy on the eyes, Mila has been a very welcome addition to our family.

Mila was so easy to set up -- both the hardware and the app! And it really is as gorgeous as advertised. So much nicer to look at vs any other purifier I've seen. We've only been running her for several days, so I'm excited to see what she can do for our air quality long-term, especially when fire season rolls around here in CO. I'd love some additional app features to really make Mila a custom experience but overall, this was definitely worth the money.

Thanks to Mila I've learned I had way more invaders lurking around my house than I thought. Once I had a dream. I've dreamed about having clean air in my house. I knew things weren't perfect and I wanted to make things right for myself and my family. Every morning, when the sun hits the front door and shines beautifully across the living room I can see those dust flakes floating around to ruin the scene. But that's not only about dust, is it? No, there is more. It is 2020 and we started to pay way more attention to what might be lurking in the air. Masks, face shields and hand sanitizers started to be part of our daily lives. Odd times we're living. That's when she appeared in our lives. Mila is beautiful and a workaholic. She analyzes your space and tells you right away what is wrong and how you could improve. The app is clear and she's always telling you about air quality, the humidity levels and how too much or too little can contribute to bad air quality. Then, she started all that nerd talk about how PM1 and PM2.5 particles are evil and dangerous to our health. I can't deny, we got a little scared, but she immediately takes control of things saying: "Don't worry, I got this" and started making things right. She's unstoppable, she's always reminding us about humidity levels, about how dangerous the environment can contribute to the spread of mold and what we should do to make it right. I can tell you that Mila came to make noise, although she's pretty quite most part of the time if you're not trying to poison your air with all the things you regularly do around the house. Communication via App is clear and helps you to understand your environment. Are you ready for what comes next? The Air Purifier will tell you the levels of PM1, PM2.5, PM10, Humidity, Temperature, TVOC, CO2 and CO in your room. Isn't this awesome? Which other you know that can do this? If you click on ANY of these graphics, she'll take into a journey of trends and information about what you're looking at on your screen. You'll be able to check Daily, Weekly or Monthly trends concerning the Air Quality Index (AQI - Yeah, I've learned that now) of your house. And She can even tell you how good or bad the air quality is outside your place. Isn't that crazy? Well, maybe I'm the crazy one telling you all this. The design is beautiful and you definitely do not want to hide it. It will blend with your furniture and I'm 100% sure that, once we're able to get back to normal, whatever normal is at that point, she'll be a conversation starter when you have people over for that dinner party.

Mine has been running for a month or so. What I found out is there are activities we all do all the time that affect air quality. I had no idea ironing clothes would be detected by Mila!! Certainly, my wife burning bread in the oven sets Mila off the deep end! Could you add a feature that would allow Mila to remind her she has something in the oven? I know Mila would appreciate it!

Absolute incredible product for the price. With the smart features provided, quality of build, and ease of use, it baffles me to think about what the competitors are charging. Unfortunately, I tried others first to endless frustration.

It's a clever thing to have at home, the best part is definitely the design. We've had few issues with it and had to replace 2 units (the first one was noisy and the second one wifi wasn't working well). Overall I like it!

An excellent system which makes a marked and noticeable improvement to the air quality and amount of dust. It looks great, is pretty quiet in automatic mode and worth the money I spent on it!

I love my Mila. I had no idea what any of the things Mila watched out for meant (like what is a VOC?!) But, her handy reminders to close my windows after a full day of letting the LA smog into my apartment, I couldn’t imagine breathing without her. It’s hard to tell when an air filter is truly working, but after a small spray paint project her VOC levels skyrocketed, and that’s how I knew that she was watching out for me. Plus, being a cat mom, cleaning out my pet-preferred filter’s included sock really ensured me my peace of mind knowing that my air is as clean as can be and that I’m being updated on every part of that process!

Before Mila, I thought the "Smart" purifier in my home was doing a decent job. It always showed me that the air was good with it's blue little light of assurance. But then I had suspicions that its degree in Air Quality might have not been so prestigeous as it has me believe. Along comes Mila, this delightful, cute little white box that always greets you with a cheerful hello. And then I learned the truth about my air. It sucked 🤦. My old unit had been exposed as a fraud. My worst fears realized. What was I going to do! But wait, I didn't have to do anything because while I was sobbing over the false friendship, Mila had already gotten hard at work making my air safer, healthier, and genuinely clean. After about two days she had a message for me. The air quality was perfect. Nothing in it to speak of! A true, truthful friend at last who's cute as a button and fits so nicely into my home decor. I love everything about her, including how I can just check the app and see how we're doing on the microscopic scale, and on those particularly bad days - you know the ones, where you just want to stay inside because it's a scary world out there - well I can just turn on Bubble Boy mode and Mila chimes with a "I've got you friend" and does double duty to make sure my air is overly clean. Thank you, Mila. You're a breath of fresh air!

Tis the season to be sneez'n, allergies, colds, and trouble breathing. The heat is on and a/c off,and soon again here comes the cough. It's wise to find what makes you ill,a long term solution is not a pill. So take control as there's only one choice, with Mila air-breathers will rejoice!

It's a great product!

I’ve been on a journey to find the best affordable air purifier for several years and, having tried several, I can honestly say that I have never come across another air purifier in which the creators put so much thought into the human/machine interface. Having air quality measurements available on the device, as well as in the app, really helps show the difference Mila is making to the air we breathe. And the various settings are also very well thought out. I like that there is a quiet mode and that there are specific modes for sleep. My husband was always turning down the other purifiers because he found them too loud. He has been much happier with Mila, letting her clean the air in peace!

I’ve been struggling with Asthma recently even though I had air filters throughout my house (another brand). After talking with my Allergist she suggested that due to COVID I was spending a lot more time around home allergens when before my body would get a break when I went to work or traveled. I was using a rescue inhaler regularly, and my allergist even suggested I should consider re-homing my dogs (I only recently found out I was even allergic to them!). Clearly, that wasn’t going to happen and I started using new dog shampoo, cleaning constantly, new medication, etc. but the breakthrough was when I bought several Mila units with the critter cuddler filter. It was literally life-changing and for weeks now I’ve not had to use my rescue inhaler once. I couldn’t be happier, and my family, Riley (Labrador) and Ollie (Beagle) included, thank you!

I would say that the Milas are a well-thought-out filter system. It might be worth looking into the VOC outgassing of the plastics involved in manufacturing since even now, after weeks of operation, they still have an odor that can be sensed by an asthmatic person. The most amusing part of owning the Milas is that our old Ragdoll cat has to regularly get up on his haunches and peer down into the units trying to figure out the source of noise and/or airflow.

Best value for what you get. The app is top-notch, I think this company is positioning itself very well for the future.

I'm really glad I got a Mila. I've noticed a difference in the quality of my air and as a cannabis consumer, I've noticed that the air is a lot less heavy than it used to be after heavy sessions. I breathe a lot better.

I honestly love it. It’s teaching me what affects my air the most... Like when my friend's hound visits and he's gassy and Mila filters it... Feel like it’s not what you meant when you said off-gassing but it’s sure made a difference in my life! 🐶❤️️😂 Feel like my husky and my cat cat️ both love it too! They seem happier 😁

Mila is already a really powerful package, but it could be still improved software-wise. If there will be software improvements in the future, however, Mila will absolutely dominate every other Air purifier not only in Hardware but also in Software.

We love our Mila. Easy setup, solidly built, and lots of thoughtful touches, from cushioned feet to magnetic door. And the app is fantastic — intuitive with handy bedroom-specific features like sleep mode and turn-down service.

I’m a bit of a gadget nerd and in the tech industry so anything that touts convenience and WiFi connected and provides those really unnecessary but interesting metrics I’m hooked on. I saw Mila come through the feed a few times and with a day care in the home and the current environmental problems and pandemic on the loose I thought it was probably time to try something. What hooked me was the language and the words that were used to sell this thing. It was hard not to smile and to understand where the idea generators were coming from. What I love is that it meets up to all of the things that were listed in the ads. It’s really smart, it’s really easy and it’s really informative. The app is really well thought out and colorful. It provides a wealth of information about your home environment in one easy to look at box. The hardware is really aesthetically pleasing and just blends in. The wooden legs and hardwood protectors are great and the easy off door to access filters is a beauty. And the screen on top is worth an easy glance to find out how things look. I’m obsessed with checking the app and actually noticing a response from Mila as the environment changes. When all the kids come in in the morning my little bubble boy starts spoiling up to account for all the activity and clothing change and then it normalizes and spools back down. I really think you guys have an unsung team of wizards working for you and the tech support was awesome when I reached out about a problem they were all ready solving. Keep up the good work and get your name out there! I can’t wait to see why the future holds! Maybe some smaller outlet models for the bedside table? Maybe a car version? I love that I can check on the air quality from my phone. The unit is in my kid's room so I can check on the temperature and humidity in addition to the air quality while they are sleeping. My daughter was waking sneezing before and now that has greatly reduced. My son is going through leukemia treatment right now so it is important to keep the air quality as clean as possible since his immune system is suppressed.

Definitely learned a lot about my home's air quality! Looks like I need to buy a humidifier...

Best air filter ever! Who knew that an air filter could be super effective AND stylish! I love my Mila!

I love my Milas. I ordered 2 straight away and I had them up and running within 5 minutes. They have made the entire process, easy and intuitive. I love the automatic mode as well as the bedroom settings like turn down service. It seems Mila and I have the same taste in foods, the other night my cousin was cooking in the kitchen frying up garlic and peppers and onions filling the house with a strong onion stench when the Milas kicked in to clean the air denoting poor air quality.

We knew the air wasn't great but didn't know how ungreat it was until we ran the Mila. Within 8 hours everyone could feel and "taste" the difference. We went from 171 in the living room to 00 in about 36 hours and it has stayed at 00 most of the time now.

She is great, I don’t know if it’s a female but we love her so far.

Well, apparently I've been slowly killing myself by cooking with my ovens or running the heat, since the CO/CO2/AQI skyrockets for hours when these run... So I have fresh new anxiety about problems in my house to fix, if it's even realistically fix-able. However, I also have noticeably less smelly air in the house, which is great since the windows must stay closed 24/7 in the house for most of the year due to the extreme desert climate I live in, where Spring and Fall don't really exist. And I have a very stinky cat & cat box whose odors are now less of an issue. Sadly my cat is not a big fan of the Milas, however, he's a very jumpy kitty who hates noise. While I feel the app could use a little more work, and I'm not entirely confident that all the readings on the Mila are correct -- overall I'm happy and will probably order a couple more machines soon, as I definitely do not have enough for the large square footage of my home. That will probably give me even cleaner air, particularly in the tucked-away areas like the closets and bathrooms where 1 machine per floor is just not gonna cover it all. I do feel that Mila is very competitive with other air cleaning machines on the market, many of which don't seem appropriate for the U.S. market where homes are much much larger on average compared to Europe or Asia, and very open-plan which makes it harder for a machine to cover so much space. I wanted to try out Mila because there are few machines with a high CADR and this seems to be living up my hopes so far.

I want to buy one for each family member of mine. I have a cat with respiratory issues and I can see a difference in her breathing. I also have asthma and severe allergies and let me tell ya, my lungs are happy campers! Even though 2020 has sucked, this has made being at home constantly, a lot better.

I could tell you about how great having two Milas in the house has been — which it has — but I want to focus on the incredible customer support. One of my initial units was faulty, which made me concerned about whether I had made the correct decision. Not only was the faulty unit replaced quickly, but the process was easy and painless. The support staff was friendly, understanding, and attentive. The overall experience has been so great, it gave me the confidence to buy a third unit for the basement. Thank you!

Mila fulfills so many of our family's nitpicky needs: she is beautiful & complements the decor of every room, she adapts to each room's air quality needs & reports back to us after doing a solid job, and she has a human name (it's a prerequisite for our household appliances).

All my mid-30-year-old girlfriends with children were raving about their air purifiers on our group chat. I honestly didn’t really know much about AQI before I stumbled on the Mila on Indiegogo. Then I started researching air purifiers and because of the raging California fires this year, they were all sold out. I soon found that Mila pricing was cheaper and looked wayyyyy better than any filter out there. I’m in my mid-30s and this seems like something I should be purchasing. Also, my dog is my child and he isn’t scared of it, which says a lot because he gets scared a lot. So we’re happy. Now I want to buy one for my mama.

I backed Mila on Kickstarter last year not knowing that we would be moving and certainly not knowing that we'd be moving into an area that would have unhealthy air due to wildfires at the time of our move! We could smell and feel the smoke in the air and Mila helped us to stay healthy and get great sleep during that time. Speaking of sleep, my partner and I have both noticed that we are sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling more rested since Mila has been introduced to our family. The unit's design is very cool and while we are only living in a one-bedroom apt right now, I'm excited to expand because I dream of having a network of Mila's in my house creating a bubble of clean air all throughout my home! Mila, milady, you have been of excellent service to my oh so very dusty room. I mean I can take a DEEP breath and it feels right. Sometimes I’ll just light a match and blow it out just to see you work a bit harder! I’m a singer and this has helped tremendously! The day you arrived, I went home from work during my break to unbox you and set you up. After going back to work, I noticed my AQI was HIGH, I called my mom and asked her, “Mom, were you cooking?” She said, “Yes honey, how’d you know?”. MILA! That’s how! I was floored! My cousin was looking to get one and as soon as I can, I want to buy him one. His room is super dusty too! Thanks, Mila, and thanks, Mila team!

Mila is beautifully designed and seems to clean the air effectively. What I love most is that it only makes a low humming noise that doesn’t bother light sleepers with sensitive hearing. We can leave it on at all times. And this must sound silly coming from a science nerd, but Mila feels friendlier than our other purifiers.

Elegant, intuitive, and constantly surprising!

I live in Canada where I experience some of the coldest winters, where the cold bites and the furnace blasts endless heat and dust in my face for 75% of the year. I’ve also had a chronic cough for a while due to increased mucus production from who knows what, and I couldn’t figure out why that was. After I set up Mila for the first night, I immediately noticed an improvement the next day (less coughing), and the next, and the next. I can distinctively tell the difference between when I’ve had Mila on and when she hasn’t been on enough regularly, as my cough will come back the next day if I haven’t had her help.I love Mila, and I am so glad that I booked that dreary 6 hour train ride while on my vacation, so that I could distract myself with my phone to have made this wonderful purchase.

The best part is you don’t have to worry about adjusting the speed of the fan, Just set it up on Automagic and let it do its thing! You won’t regret it! It takes all the worry away if you have little ones in the house, you know they will be breathing the cleanest air possible. And not to mention if you have any issues or concerns the staff is so easy to work with! And they will bend over backward to make it right for you! Of all the air filters I’ve bought, Mila is the most thoughtfully designed one. With my other two I just have to assume that they are working whereas with the Mila you have charts showing you what is going on. Honestly, it is just awesome and it is really smart - knows when you are around and try as much as possible to be quiet, yet the air quality is in mind. My only comment is if you can provide some kind of lock to the screen (either from the app or the screen by double-clicking or any other way) to avoid going to the backing screen as the kids are playing with it (Mila is really attractive) and we can not keep them away from it. From the software: would be nice to invite family members to control the device via the app - currently I'm sharing my account and they are logging using my email. Yet I believe it is better to create their own account and I can invite them. In addition to the ability to control each Mila's configuration separately. Thank you very much and looking forward to the next updates to address these and other bugs.

Mila does a great job purifying air, but she's always whining (electrically) and sometimes wakes me up during the night because she needs attention. Hope one day she'll grow up. ☺️

So far, so good. I like the message that says, “time to close the window.” My wife likes a cool bedroom for sleeping and the other night, unbeknownst to me, she had opened the window to cool the bedroom down and then closed it. This time of year the nights get chilly and we have the heat on and her opening the window just means the furnace comes on sooner. Before going upstairs to bed I checked the Mila App and noticed the bedroom air quality had degraded over a time period but was now improving. I went to the bedroom to check on Mila, saw the message, “time to close the window,” and turned to my wife and said, “How long did you have the window open?” She responded, “How did you know I had the Window open?” I responded, “Mila told me.” You are lucky she didn’t say, “Send Mila home.”

It works great even if you can't get the app connected

It's so simple to use! I really liked how the instructions were printed on the box. Saves paper, and it's unique - I haven't seen any other company do that. And doesn't look like an ugly piece of furniture you'd find in your grandma's attic. It looks nice, runs well, and does everything other air purifiers do (and some can't connect to your phone) for literally less than half the price. Mila is a win in my book.

Mila is air purifier reinvented.

Since I was a child I have always dreamed of having a dog, but my parents didn't agree. Now that I'm 30 my girlfriend doesn't want a dog either, but at least I have my own Mila! It not only cleans the air of the house but also keeps us company. I look forward to a software update that will allow me to speak to her, but I doubt I'll ever be able to use her as an excuse to go for a walk!

I can finally have a cat thanks to Mila! A really good option to get into the air filtering product which offers a large selection of features to fit your habits and into your home. Still waiting for the Google Home and IFTTT integration!

I never knew! I never knew air quality in my home town could differ so much from one day to the next. I never knew it affected my indoor quality so directly either. I never knew the difference between 'carbon filters' and actual carbon filters. Mila does not only protect my indoor air, it has also provided me with lots of insights, enabling me to take even further steps in creating a better, healthier living space.

I love that I can keep my Mila super quiet and it still does the job really well. I love that I can monitor all levels and adjust very easy and also the app is intuitive and fun to use. I am still getting to know Mila but that is mostly fun as well.

Mila is a great addition to our household. While Herbert, our Roomba, cleans the dust from the floor, Mila cleans the dirt from the air. The two of them are already best friends. Additionally, the app is intuitive and friendly, plenty of information can be read from it. The air feels fresher and cleaner.

Mila is definitely blowing and sucking away all our previous air filters. Our Dyson has bitten the dust and our Philips filter can't seem to find our power outlet anymore, since Mila does it all, and better. Just a few more app/setting tweaks, and it's perfect! The Mila Air Purifier is the best air purifier I have ever owned. The phone app is very intuitive and the screen on the Mila is beautiful. It’s also affordable. Air purifiers from Dyson and others are crazy expensive and you don’t really know if they are actually cleaning the air around you. With the Mila, I can actually feel the air is cleaner. Which might sound crazy but it’s true.

There are a variety of filter types allowing you to tailor the performance to your home needs. Operation is super simple with an intuitive on device interface, as well as with the mobile application.

It is the air filter you don't know you NEED until you get it because its the ONLY one that tells you what the air quality IS and the things that contaminate it. For example we had NO idea Microwave Popcorn put so many toxins in the air. Every time we microwave popcorn the Mila kicks off like a jet engine scrubbing the air !! We cooked bacon in the oven and we usually smell it for days (not a bad thing but ...) with the Mila an hour later you would know we cooked anything!!! Love it and am recommending it to all my friends and family!!

Mila has been my very first Kickstarter experience and, though at times it felt unnerving, the end result is downright magical. To find spring, mountain, fresh air in a home with smokers and pets would incredible enough, but to have all that come out of a piece of art is quite mind blowing. My two Milas arrived just before the sky filled with smoke and fire (I live in Los Angeles), and they were up and running the first day of horrible air quality. They performed amazingly well, keeping the air inside healthy when the air outside was 150 AQI. Also, Agent K, one of my new kittens, has found the top of the bedroom Mila very comfortable for napping, necessitating me becoming best friends with the Mila support team to figure out how to undo the reprogramming his cat belly did! 😊

I live in a hot, dry, fire-prone climate. My windows are usually closed year round. Add cats and, it can be like the inside of your high school locker after gym class. Sprays, cleaning, air filters, ozone machines, etc weren’t cutting it. I got the Mila via Kickstarter on a ‘oh, wth, why not’ moment. It sat in a box for a while because I’m working from home now and it was ‘one more thing’ to do. After unboxing, updating the firmware...there was data! Real data! The entry area’s AQI >70 :-O Outside was 100+. Ok, so Mila and I had work to do. Changed it to ‘bubble boy’ mode and by the next morning, the Mila AQI was <10. Ta dah! Now I’m considering a second one upstairs. Thanks, Mila!

I have a niece who is also named Mila and there are a lot of similarities between her and this air purifier. Both are super cute and bring joy to my house. However, my niece is not as quiet as Mila (purifier), nor does she have any automagic capabilities to predict what I will want as soon as I enter the room. I've only had my Mila device for a week, but so far I enjoy it a lot and love that she will make my home even cleaner for when Mila (the loud one) comes over to play!

Living in an apartment in the middle of a big city is great but we've always been aware of how the air quality probably isn't great. We've tried different products to show us the quality of the air but they're kind of useless if they don't do anything about it. With Mila, finally, we were able to both check on and do something about the air quality. Most importantly, we had the first Mila set up in our bedroom and we really enjoy the fact that it can do a deep clean before we sleep. Recently, though, we both woke up with a dry throat and, as a result, an itchy cough. We've had this before, over the years, and haven't thought much of it but this morning, after it happened last night, I checked the Mila and noticed that the humidity was very low in the bedroom. I guess that's why we both woke up with dry throats and sinuses. It's great that we finally know so we can be more mindful about getting the humidity right. Thank you, Mila. For that alone it was worth it.

Mila is a great product. An easy to read screen and app provide all the important information you need to know about your air quality. While it's great to see the specs and stats on the screen the real proof that this thing works is when one of your three dogs walks by the Mila, farts, and the Mila kicks into gear and spools up the fan to clear the air of those "one-cheek squeaks." (Do dogs have cheeks to squeak?) Either way, Mila is such a good product that we have already bought a second one! Thanks to the whole team behind Mila for cleaning the air around our family!

Mila is a sweet little housekeeper for the air inside. It gives a lot of detailed info so you can see what she does. We are both allergic and we can feel the difference. Even the dog loves Mila, he puts his head on her to feel the fresh air flowing 😁 I also love the funny messages Mila gives during the day. You can feel the love of the creators of Mila 😊

Mila is providing us a priceless level of comfort during the historic wildfires in Oregon. We were able to monitor our AQI to help figure out what activities made our air quality worse allowing us to maintain a healthy home. Our fur kids Sebastian and Ty thank Mila for keeping them safe during this scary time.

A gorgeous, intuitive and easy way to protect my family!

In one of the craziest 12-months since backing this project, I've still been happy to see that what I backed is what I got. A great quality product with a very responsive team and always looking to do better and more for their customers. The product just works, actual and tangible numbers and results. The best part of this product is knowing it's there doing its job and not having to really check in on it.

Unboxing the Mila is an experience of one pleasant surprise following another! When we lifted the unit out of the box, it is a sleek piece of modern art fit for any home. Our previous air purifier was hidden in a corner, but not this baby! We have started taking people into our bedroom just so they can look at it! Power it up and with a pleasant sound it starts working, analyzing the air in the room. The app is cool, providing useful info on our air quality. It has several modes and invites us to play with it. Sleep left us that night as we explored the capabilities of the newest member of our family. One month in we still love it!

Good things (I bought 2 more).

I was used to living with allergies for the most part of 15 years, using air cleaners that didn’t do a good job left me dealing with allergy symptoms year round. With Mila, I breathe clean air all day and my allergies are gone.

It is almost part of house furniture that my daughter thought it was ottoman chair! It being smart is the best tech it could have. California is on fire and Mila helps to reduce that stress as the outdoor quality is simply horrible. Mila came just in time, a week before fires started, and my wife suspected me for buying Mila and setting fire 😄. What is the likelihood someone buys air purifier just before air quality gets bad.

Mila has lived up to all my expectations. After searching through the world of air purifiers, finding Mila was a breath of fresh air (pun intended). The breakdown of what each filter is good for along with the information provided on the unit and int he app is great. Have already recommended to two friends who I hope will love it as much as I do. I'm especially looking forward to having Mila scrub the air next spring when the pesky pollen of spring returns.

At first, when I turned Mila on I thought that she was an unruly child, not syncing with the app, hard to connect to my wifi. Telling me all sorts of outrageous numbers. After some communication with the mother ship (about 24 hours) things settled down and she communicated much better. With the arrival of our second Mila a few days later it was much easier to understand what was going on. Now they are both on automagic and behaving very well. Thank you!!

The days of sitting in our living room and seeing random particles floating around are gone. At times it was like a small starfield in our living room as the sun glared through. We also have noticed when we burn something in the kitchen MILA immediately kicks into high gear to clean the air. We are honestly breathing cleaner air and that feels so comforting. Best purchase we have ever made.

My twins are finally home! They are up all night (just like real twins) but these babies are working to keep my air clean. Some may be a home wrecker some are a momma to be but I love that my twin Milas are over reactors, just like me!

It is eye opening to understand all of the different aspects of my home's air. From CO2 levels to AQI, I never really thought about (or, in some cases, even knew about) my home's air. Now I open windows occasionally to help out with CO2 and it's crazy to see how the AQI increases dramatically when a hairdryer has been in operation.

Overall a fantastic product. Girlfriend no longer makes fun of the giant iPod shuffle looking Coway filter I had before. Air quality has picked up and I am learning how activities like cooking change the air quality in my home.

The recent wildfires in the San Francisco Bay Area encouraged me to setup the Mila filter to deal with the smoky air that had infiltrated my house. This turned out to be an excellent test opportunity for the Mila filter. I set it up in my living room of my 1100 sq ft home, and verified the indoor and outdoor air quality were unhealthy. Within a few hours the indoor air quality dropped to the moderate level saving me from having to try to sleep with an N95 mask. It did take a couple more days to clear the air to the normal levels. I assume this would have happened faster if I had placed the Mila filter in a smaller bedroom with the door closed, but I really needed it in my living room where my office is located while I work from home, so it ended up filtering the air for most of the house. I’m very impressed at how well it performed!

I am an air purifier connoisseur and the Mila is my favorite so far. The sleep mode is truly quiet, yet I feel it is still helping. I love all of the data the app tracks!

It’s nice to have something you own look good, show you how it’s working plus have a personality. I’m tickled every time I walk by the Mila late at night and it shushes itself with a “pretend I’m not even here message.” My wife was skeptical at first but she now appreciates knowing the VOCs and small particles that are no longer floating around the house. With Mila I’m getting closer to my vision of having an old house (circa 1922) with lots of new tricks (smart home & efficiency upgrades)

As an engineer I can tell there has been a lot of effort put into design of Mila which I'm glad to see and experience. App still needs more polishing and I'd like to know more about all its functions without need to figure them out by myself but overall it's a great device that will probably last for years.

Worth the wait!

There's always a level of anxiety when you purchase something off of Kickstarter. And most of the time, it's a well-founded. The Mila experience has been the opposite so far. The product is as simple and effective as advertised and then some. I've learned almost too much about the air quality in our home and love hearing Mila go to work.

There are some kickstart projects you use for a week and then think "why did I buy that". Others, you think "why didn't I buy three". Mila is one of the latter. I love it, now I need it in every room.

It's the best friend we never had. My kids call it the pretty robot that cleans our air. The timing was perfect as we're stuck inside due to COVID and there are multiple wildfires outside and our air spikes throughout the day. You can smell and feel the difference going outside and coming inside where Mila's been working all day to protect us. The only negative is my kids thought the robot would have wheels. But we all love it!

I've owned three air filters and with the Mila I finally actually feel like I know if it is working or not. Having the information on my screen to show what the filter is doing is so much more useful than what feels like a loud fan sitting in the corner of the room sometimes.

How cool is it that my air purifier is set out to kick dirty air's butt? Plus she's got a sassy personality and let's me know that it's bedtime, and that she'll quiet down ('pretend I'm not even here'). Paired with regular app updates, this purifier is a long-lasting, high-quality purchase.

Love is in the air - loving my new Mila! Super cute, low profile design that looks like a piece of modern furniture in my home. Very easy to set up - just put the filter in, plug in, and go. Super quiet so you barely even know it's there while it's working its magic! App is very intuitive and has a lot of insightful information. Really happy with my purchase. My mother came over and now wants one too!

Its by far the best I've bought thus far. App is easy, its intuitive. Design of it can be better and a larger unit would be awesome. Still too early to see if it really works as well as my other filters or even a box fan with a filter slapped to it. Time will tell! So far I'm happy with it though.

Absolutely amazing!

This is quite simply an amazing unit. My wife and I noticed cleaner air very soon after starting our Mila. It is quiet and efficient, and gives you so much information on your air quality.

Most of the time, Mila is silent. The air is clean, so it sleeps. It silently sniffs the air until it detects dust particles. It roars awake and becomes a typhoon gobbling up the dirty air. As suddenly as it started, it is over and Mila sleeps again. The air remains clean because dust is terrified of Mila. Mila is the Chuck Norris of air purifiers. 5/5 would buy again.

Mila in my opinion is one of the best air filters out there with high quality filters, quiet and informative unit and a truly efficient air scrubbing machine. On top of that, you get an informative app with safety features built into the Mila. A fantastic unit in all respects.

The mysterious, silent running, black beast in the corner, as I'm sure the cats call it, works great. It can move a ton of air on high and still move a ton on low while remaining very quiet. I enjoy the automagic mode and that Mila includes a lights-off nighttime mode so remove yet another type of pollution from the indoors, dedicated button area of screen feels a bit dated, but works well.

The room air purifier I have been searching for. A smart device that looks great and works better than anything on the market.

Having Mila has been a much needed breath of fresh air since I’m inside working from home all day! The happiness I feel when the air quality has been 0 for over two hours is wonderful! I just want to thank you so much for designing and engineering an amazing product that is functional and aesthetically pleasing! With all of the fires in NorCal and the outdoor air quality being atrocious, my Mila could not have come at a better time. It has definitely helped control the air and get rid of the smoke in my apartment.

Two asthmatics, an immune compromised boy and a sneezing dad walk into a house is not a setup to a joke but our family's daily battle. I have HEPA filter fans in the bedrooms but they are huge and ugly. Remember those clunky aliens from 5th Element that waddled around? Yes, that's how big and ugly our old HEPA box fans are. Plus I have no idea when I replaced the filters on those bad boys. Was it Carter...or Regan...maybe it was Ford?Enter Mila, I just wanted a pretty HEPA filter but what was under the hood blew my mind (blew, air, get it) Mila not only cleans the air, Mila tells you what's in it and the temperature and the humidity and the air quality outside and inside and the lotto numbers too. Ok, not that last one but she also adjusts her fans to accommodate our schedule. Yes! Mila knows when we are around. She's also keeps us safe with a built in carbon monoxide detector. Mila is also teaching us. I now understand how important it is to open the windows and let out CO2 of the house and when to close the windows because of bad air quality. We are so happy to have Mila in our home. Our allergies and asthma did amazingly well through the crazy fires here. In fact, we never smelled smoke in our home. It's been great!

I’m quite familiar with air purifiers and I can honestly say Mila is hands down my favorite. It is intuitive, beautifully designed and very effective.

This cute little unit is like a Roomba for the air. Just set it and forget it and let it do it’s thing. The only regret you’ll have is not getting one for every room in your house.

This air filter device is great! So much so that it is now in my home “classroom” for my kindergartener to participate in virtual classes.

I really love the design of the Mila. It fits so well into my home. I have peace of mind knowing that my air is being filtered properly. I have noticed my cat allergies not flaring up as much which is a huge plus! I like walking by and saying "hi" to my Mila and I will compliment my little robot for doing it's task! I know this is crazy, but I do want to try farting on Mila to see what kind of VOC's come out of me and how it reacts. I've yet to try it but I'm sure it'll be soon.

Mila brings such a piece of mind for those of us who live in wild fire affected areas. We were able to keep our asthmatic son out of harms way due to the this awesome system. Wildfire smoke usually triggers an attack, but this time he didn't need his rescue inhaler at all. Being able to check our indoor numbers and compare them to outside was helped us make powerful decisions to keep our kiddo healthy. We live in CO and deal with not only wildfire season, but a terrible pollution inversion in winter, so we just ordered two more units and plan to use these year round.

After we had the Mila going for a few days I suggested to my daughter that we put it in her room for a night to see if she liked it. My wife's immediate response was "yeh, thats not happening. The air filter is not leaving our room...".

Mila really gets upset when I am cooking. She goes nuts fighting the particles that escape my kitchen as if they were viruses to attack. It demonstrates to me that my kitchen stove vent needs re-evaluation for replacement. Mila quickly cleans my living room air to protect my family... to which I am so grateful. Thank you for a verifiably useful product.

I had a few issues with the initial wireless network setup, but the Mila team updates have repaired the issues, that I had with the initial functioning of the units. These Mila units are very quiet, and I do not hear them running during the day, nor while I am asleep. I have run the units in automagic, as they cleaned the air at a lower fan speed, than I would have set in a manual setup. This function allowed the unit to gauge the ideal fan speed for initial cleaning, and prolonged use. The auto function has reduced the amount of electricity that was used to provide initial, and extended hours of use, for air cleaning in the long term.

I am particularly pleased that the teenage boy smells in my living area has been satisfactorily dealt with. It is nice to breath clean air again.

So glad our Mila arrived when it did. We have been having terrible fires in California and it’s been amazing to watch the Mila work to get healthy air into our house. Even with Mila working all the time our air has gotten pretty bad. It would be so much worse without our Mila. We are so glad to have it.

Mila is a good product that is well thought through and looks and feels well constructed. The App initially seemed a bit clunky to get going and to get everything functioning, but functions well once working. The most obvious indication of Mila working in the background was it's automatic adjustments during the California Bay Area fires. Mila sensed the air quality issues and adjusted accordingly. It was nice to be able to monitor what was happening on the App.

The Mila is both a stylish and practical device that does a good job of what it's supposed to do -- improve the air quality surrounding it. Soon after the Mila arrived, the California fires started to erupt in the mountains and much of the smoke started to cover the residential areas where I live. I was able to stay inside and have faith that the Mila was helping out with that situation. The Mila is also the friendliest air purifier around, with literally color language on it's screen.

Our air was so filthy before & we didn’t know. Now with Mila it’s clean and clear. Our friends think we’re funnier and more attractive and our pets (even the cat) are smiling more. Highly recommended.

Who knew cleaning air could be this quirky, fun and exciting. Most air purifiers are set and forget but Mila makes me actively want to interact with it and find out more about the air quality around me. Everything has been well thought out from the ease of changing the filters, the filter socks, down to the clarity and layout of the UI on the screen.

I have really toxic air. I live near a waste treatment plan and sometimes the air is so rank it makes you nauseous. Since getting my two Milas running I experience fresh, clean air. It literally feels different. I plan to buy more soon but I’m happy to have made an investment. I can’t wait to purchase company stock!

I haven’t cleaned my oven in over a year, and I thought I was ok with how gross that concept is. Then, I brought Mila into my home. Now every time I bake something in my oven she ramps up - she knows how gross it is. I feel simultaneously supported and judged, and I totally purchased some Easy Off. Thanks to Mila for compensating for my laziness and keeping the air in my home breathable!

Mila is like the "air nanny" that most people, including myself, never knew they needed or wanted. She has a subtly slick black look and hangs out in the corner of the room. Cleans the air up after you and can even get loud and yell at you if you air is bad. But at the end of the day she is just really there to help you healthier. She cares!

I had high expectations for Mila based on what we saw before launch and Mila exceeds them all. Mila has quickly become a member of our home. I initially placed her in a discreet corner of our living room - thanks to her sleek design, it took my spouse a week to notice her! When the California wildfires started, she seemed more exasperated with the air quality changes than we did - demonstrated by her furiously working day and night to keep us within acceptable AQI levels! We did have to relocate her away from our television and work spaces on unusually high AQI days because the fan was too loud. However, on typical days (anything under 100 AQI), we barely notice she is there!

A breath of fresh air. Mila really blows away the competition. You something is weirdly right when you start referring to a device by her first name ("Mila's really working hard today. good job, girl!") or even ("SF FIRES GOT NOTHING ON THIS BUBBLE BOY B"). what can I say IM A FAN.

I’d been looking for an air filter since the smog from forest fires last summer. Seemed like the ones available were too expensive or it wasn’t clear if they worked we’re up to the job. Instead we have a little genius who sits unnoticed in the corner and filters it’s little heart out without a sound. This is the right air filter for the right price with enough intelligence built in to do all the work for you.

I love Mila very much. Despite the problems with the app, my experience with it has been stellar. What matters to me is that the unit cleans the air well and is easy to maintain. This thing has been made with a lot of consideration in mind and I believe is of high quality. I'm happy with what I paid for it and am looking forward to being able to buy more units. The Mila Air Purifier is the best air purifier I have ever owned. The phone app is very intuitive and the screen on the Mila is beautiful. It’s also affordable. Air purifiers from Dyson and others are crazy expensive and you don’t really know if they are actually cleaning the air around you. With the Mila, I can actually feel the air is cleaner. Which might sound crazy but it’s true.

I was introduce to Mila online. I thought that it could be love at first sight. I thought, "What could be better?" I think that the answer that I arrived at was two of them. Let's call them Mili and Milo. Mili likes automagic. She spins and twirls and keeps the great room… great. She holds the front line in our battle against the wildfire smoke. She is winning. The kitties breath easy knowing she sits in the corner and is on our side. Milo is on bedroom duty downstairs. He prefers manual mode so we can gently sleep to his background of white noise. Milo has an ultra filter, so nothing gets past him. He protects us in our sleep, and we wake refreshed because of it. The two of them pack a one-two punch and let us monitor just how effectively they are protecting us. Thanks, guys!

Thought it was a cool filter, backed it on Kickstarter, delivery came and with that California fires. Perfect timing, I guess... Saved my unprepared behind.

By far the most versatile air purifier on the market. The ability to choose your filter grade and with a smart app that does all the thinking, I can relax knowing Mila takes care of the indoor air quality. 1 unit can do a great job but I purchased 5 of them to make sure each room was accounted for. What I learned so far about Mila is she doesn’t like bacon, as the particles are extremely high in the house come morning. Most of the time I score a 0 in the house but bacon gets upwards to 100 points. This is the only time in life someone needs to score 0 points to be a winner.

Good looking unit, easy to set up, will be interested to see the longevity of the filter and unfortunately my unit was one of the ones with the squealing power supply issue, hope my replacement will come soon (and I will not be charged duty/import fees on the replacement!)

Mila cheerfully lets me know when my latest cooking endeavor has negatively affected my apartment's air - if only she was as helpful with by the more tangible messes! Even when I'm not carbonizing my would-be dinner, cooking smells vanish after a couple of minutes, so I can enjoy my leftovers on my terms.

Excellent hardware with an app that is more human than most. Lots of first version bugs and hiccups but the company is friendly and quick to support you.

Mila is without a doubt one of the best house guests you can have (though given the pandemic, she’s just another the ONLY house guest you can have). She’s sleek, sexy, and has a lot of charm. But unlike most things that are enjoyable, she’s actually good for you and your whole family.

Great looking unit. Some initial issues, but the customer service team saved the day. App is useful and the unit has definitely made a difference, especially when I add a little extra flavor (burn) to my dinner.

Our Mila’s arrived just in time for us to really put them to the test. We live in Colorado, where 4 different forest fires are currently burning. The air quality outside has been in the ‘unhealthy for sensitive groups’ and just plain ‘unhealthy.’ Being outdoors has been like being surrounded by about 50 camp fires 😞 Indoors though, has been quite the contrary. The air quality has been good, fresh and made for some easy breathin’! Thanks Mila!

Mila freaks out when our neighbours are barbecuing (she's that sensitive), but is otherwise a stoic and peaceful steward keeping our home environment clean and healthy.

Amazing customer service and very friendly team. Device looks amazing but I feel that it dosent purify the air as well as my old blue air sense and I have the over reactors. I also feel that it isn’t detecting the size of my living room correctly which is very big. Also the units fans dont seem to change speed even when the unit that is working detects VOCs etc when in automatic and

2020 has thrown us all sorts of curve balls, and working at a hospital and a lifelong asthmatic, I am always concerned about air quality and what gets filtered out. This makes me feel more secure at home with everything going on right now.

Mila is there when you need some serious clean air in the home. Mila works hard day and night, doesn't need a break and doesn't even need attention, but you may just fall in love!

Who knew how bad the air quality was in my home? I was one of the last to know. Since having this little powerhouse in my home I feel that I can breathe a little sigh of relief. Unfortunately being quarantined has left me nose blind and I am unsure if my house is a bit less malodorous. However, I do believe Mila is hard at work. I do get to see her in action when I start to cook. She will kick on and start scrubbing that air. So far I’m impressed with what she can do. I’ll be keeping her around for a while

I'd say it is the best cat fart detector money could buy. After all, we all know who farted... And it wasn't me. It was the cat.

Funny how these little guys go nuts filtering and we are blissfully unaware of what just filled the room (cooking, spraying, cleaning chemicals) which we just breathed in before. They are very clever.

It's a great air filter!

We love our Milas - we got two, so it's Mila and Lila! We're not sure how they work, or if they really do anything because they just lie around the house all day (like our teenagers), but like little robots, they come to life whenever someone burns the popcorn or we all have beans for dinner! Seriously though, it's cool to watch the screen light up and then see the air quality improvement as the twins do their thing. We're grateful that Mila and Lila found their way into our lives and rave about them to our friends whenever we get the chance!

My Mila operates so quietly, I have to check if it's breathing. Makes me want to cook messy foods just to watch air quality improvements come through.

Having Mila around means I get to keep the cat.

So far our experience has been great. As a data nerd I love seeing the particulate levels in the app. Allergies have seen improvements amongst the family.

Mila magically cleans my home like a champ, provides details of what what cleaned, does it with a smile and a friendly message... unlike when my kids help with cleaning.

We like the filter and THINK it is working. However, we are still not sure and wonder how, if problems arise, we would be alerted.

I would say that your company has done a fantastic job of keeping the customers up do date with what's happening during a very trying time! New products to market are challenging without global pandemics, but your communications have been informative, forthcoming, and amusing. The product appears to be everything that was promised and, aside from a betrayal by parts on one of my units, I am quite pleased with the end result. I look forward to completing the warranty process and having a more docile unit in my office. I am also gearing up to pick up a couple of standby filters for the eventuality that a change is needed. It shall be interesting to see if that process will parallel the rest of my interactions with your company. Keep up the great work!

The Mila definitely works. The air is a lot cleaner (my girlfriend noticed this during it`s first afternoon of work). You can learn about what is in the air at home as well.

This is by far the best air purifier out there! You don’t ever have to worry about bad air, allergens, pet dandruff or anything else out there ever again.

The best part is you don’t have to worry about adjusting the speed of the fan, Just set it up on Automagic and let it do it’s thing!! You won’t regret it!!

It takes all the worry away if you have little ones in the house, you know they will be breathing the cleanest air possible.

And not to mention if you have any issues or concerns the staff is so easy to work with!! And they will bend over backwards to make it right for you!

I highly recommend getting one, or two or as many as you want for each room we have two of them and were planning on getting more here shortly there that good!

It's so simple to use! I really liked how the instructions were printed on the box. Saves paper, and it's unique - I haven't seen any other company do that. And doesn't look like an ugly piece of furniture you'd find in your grandma's attic. It looks nice, runs well, and does everything other air purifiers do (and some can't connect to your phone) for literally less than half the price. Mila is a win in my book.

I am still on the fence about the Mila. The unit itself is mostly good. The app needs somegrowing up. I am disappointed in the Mila team and web-site.

Be assured VOCs emitted before the wife gets home are handled post-haste and efficiently. Turn the full room refreshes down to 20 minute cycles for fun with long haired individuals.

My Mila is smart and has a good heart. It's a work of art and extinguishes my fart.

This is the significant other I needed. Once my German Shepherd accepted her into his pack, she is part of the family and we wouldn't know what to do without her. She even handles the dog hair in the air like a champ.

She’s cute, but I don’t know if I can trust her. If my air quality isn’t good; I can handle the truth. Don’t sugar coat it. Don’t tell me my aqi is zero and have me sneezing up a storm!

It's a great start, and I expect it will move from good to great as you improve your back end, and front end (i.e. App) let alone additional options.....

I love Mila very much. Despite the problems with the app, my experience with it has been stellar. What matters to me is that the unit cleans the air well and is easy to maintain. This thing has been made with a lot of consideration in mind and I believe is of high quality. I'm happy with what I paid for it and am looking forward to being able to buy more units. Good work team.

Cutest air purifier ever and I'm obsessed with Bubble Boy mode. Great ideas on the concept level, but I feel like it doesn't deliver. I really wish it all worked better! Gaps in data history on the app despite opening it multiple times a day; mismatched numbers on app / unit; no outdoor AQI reading. Also sad to report a very poor experience with shipping (one Mila is still MIA and haven't had much luck with the support team). Final read: IF it worked 100%, I'd never look elsewhere. Bummed so far, but hopeful it'll still turn around with app and firmware updates!

A great concept and has good future potential. Some hardware and software issues to work through but the foundation is there for a great product - just needs a little tidying up at this point. Still better off with Mila than without, just need a little patience as she matures.

Overall quite pleased with the mila set, just abit concerned on the smell coming out from the new set when whiffing it up close, it still hasn’t gone away. Filter was over-reactor and the plastic wrap was removed.

The Mila is a well built unit and my air definitely feels cleaner with it on. Overall, I love it. I just wish my AQI reading worked so I truly could tell what my air quality is and have the unit adjust accordingly. I’m looking forward to getting my replacement unit in the coming month.

We have really been enjoying our Milas. Never gave much thought to air quality until they arrived and now we are checking it obsessively, and we've noticed a real difference. We've gotten so used to the outstanding air quality our units provide, when we visit other people's homes, I immediately notice a difference. My allergies have never been better!

Overall a very nice air purifier unit. Unit is very clean looking, and experience is intuitive for the most part. There are some cool features available. Overall, I haven’t noticed a huge difference in air quality, but perhaps I had good air to start or the rooms I’m using it in at too big.

Don't count on the internet part.

Not recommended. Received defective unit and it’s been 3 weeks and no reply on when I’ll get my replacement.

I'm excited about the prospects of Mila improving the air quality in my home. That said, the app could still use some updates/upgrades in terms of a user's ability to drive more detailed settings based on family habits and preferences. I'd certainly purchase the Mila again, but perhaps wish it was a bit more mature at this stage.

Cute machine. Supposedly the filters last a long time, but the machine doesn’t give any feedback regarding the state of the filter while in use and the app that come with the machine is useless.

My TV room has never been cleaner. Mila is the best house guest and cleaning service all in one. And she even knows how to be quiet when we’re binge watching our favorite shows!!

Great design, ease of use and functionality. I would improve knowledge base on some of the metrics provided by Mila on blog or user manual and sensor should be more responsive to air change (takes to long to react). Overall positive experience.

Aside from missing a filter in one of the two units. The working unit is much better than our previous air filter. It really moves the air around in a good way. The onboard sensorS, if correct, have been an eye opener particularly during these ugly West coast fires!

We noticed an immediate difference in the house air quality (we have three in use). The units are beautiful, quiet and simple to set up. The biggest plus is taking the sock odor out of our teen’s room in minutes at the lowest setting. Amazing!

They seem like they are helping the air in my house. It’s hard to tell how accurate the data might be since the app is so slow and sometimes the units go offline for big chunk a of time.

I’ve learned more than I thought I would about air quality. My air is cleaner and healthier. I even use it to monitor the CO2 so I know when to crack a window.

I love the idea but don't think it's needed for a person living alone in a location with pretty clean air.

From the day I ordered Mila I knew they would be a part of the family. When they arrived I set them up in my office and within moments knew they were made from love and high-quality materials. It was not until their personality started to come out, they're so funny. I immediately knew I would be ordering them more siblings for the livingroom and bedroom. I can't wait until the rest of the family arrives!

I bought two Mila’s after spending the past year doing research on air purifiers. I was pretty blown away by the air quality after only a few hours. And the aesthetic blends well with almost any furniture style. My daughter Mia loves it too as she says “She’s just like me, but with an L!”

I had a little trouble pairing my Mila and had to reach out to your support team. They are second to none. I would compare them to Zappos. Just have to say they were very pleasant, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I wish I could send them some cookies!

I think these units do an excellent job. I live with a smoker that doesn’t make much of an effort to keep the air moving so I don’t have to breathe in the second hand smoke. I can now wake up to an odor free room compared to no purifier at all

I have noticed that my allergies are not bothering me a much as in the past and I am no longer hocking up large loogies like I used to. This should be a marketing selling point. Not only will the Mila air purifier reduce particles in air in your home, it will also reduce the size of a typical loogie.

Before I got my mila my room was so dusty you couldn't open a curtain without feeling like you were in an abandoned attic and I had constant respiratory irritation and now my room is so clear I can't see a single speck of dust! :)

Great air purifier with nice suite of sensors for air quality data.

I purchased Mila for our bedroom. We have 6 fur balls who share the room. My husband has had an ongoing cough for the past few month (NOT Covid) and thought maybe an air filter would help. I was stunned how bad our air quality was. It took Mila 4 hours but she brought the levels down to green. Noticed immediately a difference. Hard to explain. Air felt lighter? My husband is no longer coughing. Also, Mila might actually save our marriage with her White Noise mode! Drowns out my husbands snoring :). Overall very happy with Mila. I will be purchasing a couple more for our main floor and office.

I was most surprised by how we felt in the morning after we installed the Mila in our bedroom. Both of us were breathing clear with no wheezing. I've never heard my spouse's breathing so calm w/o noise during the night.
